Delivery and Installation

Home Delivery:

  • All products purchased from sparkqatar.com will be delivered to your home or other delivery destination as specified by you at the time of checkout free of cost.
  • All products will be delivered within 2-3 days from placement of order. 
  • In case you prefer a specific time for your delivery, you may specify the same to our customer care executives who will coordinate with you for the delivery.

Store Pickup

  • Certain products will be available for store pickup. All such eligible products will carry the store pick up logo.
  • If you opt for store pickup while checking out, you will receive a confirmation email/phone message when the product is available for pickup from our store. This email is different from the order confirmation email you will receive after your finish your purchase. Currently we have one store in Qatar which is located on level 2 of the Dar Al Salam Mall in Abu Hamour area (near Aramex roundabout). You can call 44146606 for exact location and contact details.
  • When you come to our store, kindly present the order confirmation email received by you alongwith ID proof which should match the ID you provided during check out. The product will be handed over only to the person whose ID was registered during check out. In case you want somebody else to pick up the product on your behalf you will need to provide that person's ID details while checking out. During the pick up the same person has to be present and has to produce his ID as proof.

Cash on Delivery

  • Certain products will be available for purchase through cash on delivery system. Watch for the cash on delivery logo on all such products.
  • At the time of delivery, exact cash amount as per the confirmation already sent to you needs to be handed over to the delivery person prior to accepting the product. If there are additional delivery charges applicable, the same needs to paid as well.
  • For all cash payments made, a valid cash receipt would be handed over to you by the delivery person.

Installation of product

  • Only large appliances including air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, cookers, freezers and entertainment products including flat panel televisions above 42" will be installed at the location as specified by you during checkout.
  • The scope of all such installations will be as covered by the norms of 'standard installation' only and will not cover any additional electrical, carpentry or masonry work as may be required.
  • Such installations will be done only if the site is ready from all respects. In case you would require the installation to be done at a later date from the delivery date, you need to inform our customer care executives, well in advance on our contact number 44146606

Product Warranty Information

  • All products sold on sparkqatar.com will carry manufacturer's warranty only.
  • Warranty will only be available in the state of Qatar unless International warranty is specifically mentioned in which case, warranty outside Qatar will be available for that product as per the definitions of the manfacturer.
  • All repairs and replacements during warranty period will be done by the respective manufacturer only and sparkqatar.com will not be responsible for providing repair or replacement for any product that develops technical problems. In case your product is malfunctioning you may contact the service center of the manufacturer directly.
